We currently support UNC and UNF threads from #2 up to 1/2 in., and metric threads from M2 to M12. Avoid modeling internal threads on your part design.

Highlights Of Our CNC Milling

Text

Minimum stroke width of 0.5mm and spacing between characters on raised text should be 0.5mm or greater. Minimum recessed text depth of 0.3mm. If design permits you can opt for recessed text versus raised.

Radii

Sharp inside corners on a part will be radiused (rounded) as a natural result of the CNC machining process. Resulting radii will be identified before the part is milled.

• Hole Diameter: Soft metals Ø0.5 mm, plastics Ø0.6 mm and hard metals Ø1.2 mm

• +/- 0.02mm on complex geometries

• Parts may be as thin as 0.5 mm in regions

• Maximum depth that can be milled is 50 mm from either side of part

We need material certificates for our components, can you supply them?

Yes, material certificates are supplied with every delivery as standard.

How long are your delivery lead times?

Our lead times range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the simplicity or complexity of your part. We will advise on the delivery timescale when we send your quotation

Are you able to design and product parts if we have just a sample?

Yes, We do reverse engineering. We can extract design and engineering information from most manufactured components.

What are your CNC milling capabilities?

For high quality machined components, tolerances of 10 microns are possible. Mid-range tolerances of +/- 0.05mm are usually achieved.

How will my parts be packaged?

We offer several different options for inside Singapore delivery, depending on the size and type of product. All our packaging is designed to provide effective protection against damage and ensure your orders are delivered in pristine condition.

What are your payment terms?

For new customers we ask for the first 3 orders to be paid by pro forma and then a credit account application is submitted for review.
